Shipping / Delivery

The delivery is carried out only within the EU. The delivery time normally is 3-5 working days. Should the delivery times differ due to product availability, we will indicate this to you. If the ordered product cannot be delivered on time, we will inform you immediately. In such a case, it is up to you to either wait for the ordered product or to cancel your order. Upon cancellation, services in return will be refunded immediately.

Prices and Forwarding Expenses

The prices stated for the respective products include VAT as well as other price components. In addition to the given prices we charge forwarding expenses for the delivery; this amount depends on the final destination. All forwarding expenses are clearly listed in the shopping cart section and again on the order page. Additional taxes or costs will not arise.

Cancellation Instructions / Right of Withdrawal

You can revoke your contractual statement without giving reasons either in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the item within two weeks. The period starts at the earliest with the receipt of these instructions. In the interest of the cancellation period, the punctual delivery of the cancellation statement or the item will suffice. The cancellation should be directed to the following address:

Consequences of Withdrawal

In the case of an effective cancellation, the received services from both sides are to be returned and if applicable any accountable interest. Should you not be able to supply us with the services received, either the entire or partial service, or if the service can be returned to us only in an impaired condition, you must pay us compensation. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the impairment of the product can be explained upon examination – as it would be possible to do in a store. You can avoid the obligation of paying compensation by not using the item and by refraining from everything that impairs its value. Items capable of being sent as a package must to be returned. Items that may not be sent in a package must be collected by you. You must bear the costs of the return, if the ordered goods corresponds to the ones delivered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not yet produced the service in return or a partial payment agreed on by contract at a higher price of the item at the time of the cancellation. Obligations regarding the refund of payments must be fulfilled within 30 days after the despatch of your cancellation statement.

Special Remarks

Your right of withdrawal expires early if your contracting party has started with the execution of the service with your express consent before the end of the cancellation period or if you have initiated this yourself (e.g. by downloading etc.).
